REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT IN PANAMA · EXPLAINED SIMPLY
That's all we do. We help you buy property in Panama — a country that runs on the US dollar — to protect your savings and collect rent in dollars every month. We handle the paperwork, the lawyers and the tenants. You read one report a month.
WHY PANAMA
THE CURRENCY
100%
Panama has used the US dollar since 1904. There is no local currency to devalue: the rent you collect is dollars, plain and simple. [1]
THE TAX
0%
What you earn outside Panama pays no Panamanian tax. It’s called a "territorial system": only income generated inside is taxed. [2]
THE TRAFFIC
5%
About 5% of the world’s maritime trade crosses the Canal. Translation: companies, executives and travelers who need somewhere to live and stay. [3]
THE BANKING
60+
More than 60 banks operate in the international banking center. Where banks stay for decades, capital sleeps well. [4]
Recent news: the US announced new tariffs on goods from 60 countries. Panama is NOT on the list. In plain words: when trade walls go up, Panama ended up on the right side. [5]
HOW IT WORKS
01
Before showing you any property: how much you want to protect, what for, and over how long. No commitment, no jargon.
02
Not a 200-option catalog: 3 or 4 that passed our filter of reliable developer, good area and real rental demand.
03
Partner law firms review everything and explain it in your language before you sign. You never sign what you don’t understand.
04
We find tenants, collect and maintain. You get the rent and a report you read in 5 minutes.
ACCESS LINES
There are four ways to invest with us. None is "best": it depends on what you want. Each card opens a full guide, written in plain language.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

WHAT THE LAW SAYS
These are not salesman promises: they are published laws. We summarize them simply; our partner lawyers confirm which one applies to you.
IF YOU BUY OR BUILD NEW [6]
A new home = years without paying property tax (the yearly tax for owning):
IF YOU RETIRE IN PANAMA [7]
◆ Your furniture and household goods enter the country tax-free.
◆ One imported car, tax-free, every 2 years.
◆ Discounts by law: 15% to 50% on hotels, restaurants, movies and doctors.
◆ You own property with the same rights as a Panamanian.
◆ Retiree visa with minimal requirements: a verifiable pension.
THOSE WHO ALREADY CROSSED
“I didn't buy an apartment. I bought sleeping well while my peso loses value.”
“I thought short-term rentals were for experts. My first month of bookings proved me wrong.”
“What convinced me: the lawyer replied faster than the salesman.”

REAL QUESTIONS
No. In pre-sale you pay in installments while the building goes up — not all the money on day one. The useful question isn’t "how much do you have?" but "what monthly payment feels comfortable?". We build the plan from that.
We only work with developers who have delivered buildings before (that’s public and checkable) and whose construction is financed by a bank — and the bank audits them harder than anyone. Your contract also protects every payment you make.
You don’t need to. That’s what the partner lawyers are for: they review everything, explain it in your language, and you never sign anything you don’t understand. That’s step 3 of the method, not a paid extra.
You don’t. A local team finds tenants, collects, cleans and repairs. Your job each month is reading a one-page report. Ask us for a sample on WhatsApp with the word REPORT.
